So unbelievably thrilled to finally announce that I am 1 of 4 composers selected this year for the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra 2024 Cybec 21st Century Australian Composers’ Program alongside the incred Zinia Chan - Composer , Andrew Aronowicz & Rachel Meyers
A surreal feeling to receive such a commission, particularly from my State orchestra , which suddenly felt all the more real reading the new 2025 MSO Season program booklet at last night’s launch
Limelight excitingly shared MSO’s announcement: “Presenting 170 events across the year, the season commences 25 January with a showcase of brand-new short works by MSO Cybec composers Andrew Aronowicz, Zinia Chan, Robert McIntyre and Rachel Meyers.”
